The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight round fight which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the pair met personally to publicize next month's bout.
Ex two time world title holder Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive disparity - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will genuinely try to hurt him. That's my intention."
Civil Exchange
In spite of those words, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually recognized for his showmanship - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead targeted former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Still, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, consistently making huge paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in round four or five and claimed he would stop the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly under discussion for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the customary stare-down, with their height and weight contrast on show, it highlighted just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is really happening.
